RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

In order for us to accept a return, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must, if possible, be returned in its original packaging

  • All included accessories must be present

  • The product must not be damaged

You are responsible for any diminished value of the product if it has been used more than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.

Free products or promotions

If you received a free product or promotional item with your order, this must also be returned.

If the free product is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

How to return a product?

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service via [contact email]

  2. State your order number and the products you wish to return

  3. You will receive instructions for returning the product

  4. Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us of your return

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.

Exceptions to returns

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • products that are used, damaged, or incomplete

  • products for which the original packaging is severely damaged or missing

  • products that are returned after the 14-day return period

  • hygienic products whose seal has been broken

Refunds

Once we have received and checked the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The merchant may withhold the refund until:

  • the product has been received, or

  • the customer has provided proof of shipment.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt via:
